Our feelings are always created by our thoughts. So when we feel bad and we want to change that and feel better, we do that by changing our thoughts. However, this can be easier said than done. Sometimes it can be hard to shift our heavy, negative thoughts and it can feel impossible to find new thoughts to think. But there are some ways to make this easier.  In today’s podcast I’m sharing six shortcuts to feeling better.
