Episode 180: Climb Your Everest

I recently completed 29029, an ultra-endurance event in which participants climb the equivalent height of Mount Everest in 36 hours. Even though I had prepared for nine months for the event, I learned pretty quickly that preparation alone wasn’t going to be enough to get me to the finish line.  29029 was so much harder than I thought it would be. It required so much more out of me than I anticipated, but through this experience I also figured out that was stronger than I ever thought I was. I was surprised at what I found out about myself, how deep my courage and commitment went, and what I am really capable of.  I want you to have that experience in your own life.
