We’ve all had the experience of deciding to change something in our lives or work on a new goal or pursue a dream, only to find ourselves “not wanting to do it” when the time comes to actually get to work and do it.   Our brains are really good at thinking “I don’t want to,” and even though it doesn’t seem like a very important or significant thought, it is probably the thought that prevents most of our goals and dreams from happening.
