The hardest battle we all face is the one inside our own heads. But most of us think it should be easier in there than it is. We think we shouldn’t have to fight so hard to feel good about ourselves or positive about our lives.  But once we understand that the opposition our brain creates is there on purpose, and that nothing has gone wrong, then we can stop resisting our brain’s opposition and start doing in the work that is required to overcome it.  In today’s episode I’m showing you why thought work is supposed to be work and then what you can do to keep doing the work you need to do to take care of your brain and manage your thoughts, so that you can fight the good fight and get the most out of your life.
