#54 Periodising nutrition and why I hate the word bulk

the bro culture has ingrained this cut and bulk mentality into EVERYONE and not everyone needs to bloody bulk and cut in cycles - that's like yo yo dieting its called PERIODIZED nutrition the smart way - why bulk and put on unnecessary fat.  yes BUILDING tissue requires more calories - why call it bulking?
