Time. It's the one asset we can't currently reproduce and have no hope to gain back. As least that's what everyone would have you believe. Most of us fall victim to the mindset that immediately responding to texts and emails is the only way to progress in business. This adds up to a staggering lack of productivity simply due to notifications.
