TNT Radio host Patrick Henningsen speaks with American lawyer and Senior Counsel at the Lawfare Project, Gerard Filliti, about the constitutional pitfalls surrounding the recent renewal of the highly-contested Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Bill, which gives federal agencies the power to conduct warrantless wiretapping on otherwise innocent Americans. With a vote of 60-34, it sends the bill to President Joe Biden (who has championed it, of course). Crucially, this bill extends the controversial Section 702 for two more years.
