Amy actually had to apply the “just keep swimming” motto during an interview she recently did with Dr. Becky Kennedy…something embarrassing happened and Amy was mortified…but she had to just keep trucking along (she was geeking out to even be chatting with @DrBeckyAtGoodInside - IYKYK!!!)
