She’s 11 year old……and she’s a big part of Nate’s house flipping / wholesaling business.She’s kind of obsessed with real estate investing, actually. She listens to my podcast (woo hoo!)…She helps Nate sell houses, she gives video tours…And she’s literally the “face” of the business.Her dream is to run her own house flipping and wholesaling operation someday.
