Eating for energy...here's how to boost your energy with a few SMALL tweaks to your diet.
 
A mentor growing up gave me some advice that shocked me...
 
He said: “Chandler, I eat for fuel…NOT for pleasure”.
 
The lesson he was trying to teach me is simple: the food you eat has a HUGE impact on your energy levels.
 
This has become a big part of how I perform at a high level daily…whether I’m working a normal work day or traveling to give a speaking gig.
 
During the week I don’t eat gluten, dairy, sweets, or drink alcohol.
 
This has made a massive difference in my day-to-day energy levels.
