I’m in conversation with runner Kieran Alger, he’s run 43 marathons, including breaking the sub 3 marathon. He’s going for the 6 World Marathon Majors medal and Tokyo is his last marathon major left. He’s also run 12 Ultra’s including finishing in the top 100 of the 2015 Marathon des Sables. In this conversation we talk about his running, including the Tokyo marathon which was postponed due to CV19. We discuss his motivations, get an insight into running kit and technology, through his work as a running journalist.
