A Wee Bit of Everything: Ep 8 - Cold Water Challenge

This episode we discuss our 21 day cold water therapy challenge. We do our very best to discuss the science behind it in very simple terms based purely on our understanding of the research we have done into it. We talk about the 3 step process to the cold water therapy along with the suggested benefits. At the end, we talk about our top benefits that we felt based on this mini life experiment. This challenge was inspired by a man called Wim Hof who has several world records relating to withstanding extreme temperatures.
