This was a fun wine, with a history that stretches all the way back to Pliny the Elder, a lost wine called "Falernum" & a flying overview of the whole convulted thing!(Trying to keep these under 30 minutes, but there was just so much great information to share & Alex couldn't stop talking! Feudi di San Gregorio has partnered and invested in many research projects to develop the local varietals with a great focus on sustainability. They are committed to local and global sustainability with the use of solar energy, zero carbon footprint corks, water recycling and use of sustainable agriculture in the vineyards.
