Episode 15: To Do, Or Not To Do... That Is The Question

Summary: On this episode of the ACT to Live podcast, Scott begins by talking about how the new year often pushes him to think about all that he wants to do in life; and, how that desire often brings with it feelings of uncertainty in where/how to start. Jaime and Scott then talk about the concept of TO DO lists - both BIG (I want) to-do lists and everyday (I have to) to-do lists - and how those lists may actually be one in the same. The duo wraps up the episode by exploring the ways in which they actually might be working toward their BIG to-do lists every day.  ACTion Question of the Week: What is one thing that is on your “BIG” To-Do List that you think you can take small steps toward every day?
