Episode #29: Living on the E.D.G.E….of Learning!

Summary: On this episode of the ACT to Live podcast, Scott and Jaime talk about the process of learning. The duo then explores the E.D.G.E. method of learning. E.D.G.E. stands for explain demonstrate, guide, and enable. This learning method originated in literature from the Boy Scouts of America and can be extremely helpful when thinking about teaching others a new skill or concept. Scott then demonstrates this method by teaching Jaime and listeners how to practice mindful eating.  ACTion Event of the Week: Try using the E.D.G.E.
