Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support Podcast – The “Intending Process”

Adult ADHD ADD Tips and Support Podcast - The "Intending Process!" Tips for a Successful Year. This podcast is an audio companion to the book "The Drummer and the Great Mountain - A Guidebook to Transforming Adult ADD / ADHD." In this episode we'll explore the "intending process." Past challenging experiences and negative self-talk can create a great deal of mental friction when attempting to complete tasks. All of this contributes to us procrastinating and possibly not doing a very good job. Through a daily practice of intending what you want for each segment of the day, you can override these negative associations with that task and have a higher likelihood of follow-through and accomplishment.
