Dry Needling

Sports injuries are very common, no matter what level of competition you may participate at. This AISTS Sports Medicine podcast by Marga Rico Jimenez and Stijn Decoene, investigates how dry needling can help with sports injuries as well as post-surgery treatment, traumatic injuries or chronic pains such as low back pain or headaches. This podcast talks about what dry needling is, why it is used and how it is performed. A live dry needling session is also performed with a professional physical therapist on one of the presenters.
