He talks about his experience with coaching players of all abilities for the past 20 years, including the past 10 years as the Deaf soccer team head coach. Dave has a unique perspective as a typically hearing individual working with players with hearing loss from all walks of life, and brings positivity to both lessons on and off the field, encouraging individuals of all abilities to be the best version of themselves.
