Foreign dads seek community during parental leave

Finland plans to reform parental leave to encourage more dads to participate in child-rearing. The policy is seen as a move toward greater gender-equality in family roles and also as a much-needed boost for falling birth rates. But paternity leave can be isolating for foreign fathers in particular.
