What not to say to people when hard stuff happens in life -- avoid these cliches

When hard things happen to those you love, you want so much to help and support them. What can you say that can help them? Or, what can you NOT say that makes them feel worse, even if it makes you feel better because you want so much to help? Here's my experience from my own painful recent loss. Hopefully this gives you some ideas of how to support people you love through the inevitable bumps in life. And if you're the one on the receiving end of these cliches, don't allow them to gaslight you into not being able to feel through your own experience.  ***If you're serious about a fun and awakening experience, don't miss this upcoming experience: https://adelewang.lpages.co/introduction-to-spark-your-feminine-presence/Or grab a free gift from me here, "The Ultimate Women's Stress Relief Guide":  http://usrg.safehavenhealing.net/If you're stuck in your head and need a powerful tool to find peace, grab my "Inner Stillness" meditation here: https://adelewang.lpages.co/inner-stillness-meditation/Are we a match to work together?
