Planning as a team is essential. Many times, though, we find that time to plan is not on our side. Listen in on this Clubhouse Chat as we discuss how to structure collaborative planning teams with teachers! Quotable Sometimes conversations need more time. Splitting up that time throughout the week allows for those deeper conversations. Modeling - practicing those activities in team meetings. Practicing and perfecting - we know it's as efficient as it's going to be, and as accurate as it's going to be, and helpful to students learn and achieve. Change our mindset to truly collaborate - give everyone a voice. It can organically work out, without taking work home. Do the pre-work: come prepared with a resource or something for that particular content area. Don't be afraid to slow down.
