I love you... but

There's been a recurring theme in a couple of my recent interviews and it revolves around the word BUT.  Stop using it after saying something positive, or after I love you or after I am sorry... because it invalidates everything you've said up until that point! If you have to use the word, use it after saying something negative, or that you don't want to or like and it'll help you move forward with gratitude and appreciation.
