Men need not fear heart-centred leadership
Men need not fear heart centred leadership. Men connected to their heart brings out the best in their leadership. They become willing to serve and sacrifice when tethered to their purpose and values. Toxic male leadership come from an absence of heart and a lack of love. The world becomes a better and safer place with men who lead from their heart. Please help me continue to encourage good men with good hearts.
