There is a cost to developing your weaknesses
The cost of developing your weaknesses is that it makes you average. It stops you realising the true potential of your strengths. If you are in a leadership position, I would encourage you to bring our the greatness in those around you by developing their strengths (and minimising the harm their weaknesses may cause).
