008: Nicki R|My Boyfriend’s Kids Don’t Like Me – What Do I Do? (Relationship Q&A)

For this week's episode, Jennifer and Peter do a Relationship Q and A session as podcast listener Nicki calls in with relationship questions: “My boyfriend has three kids, the youngest is 16. We want to get married but we don’t want to wait until the youngest is 18.  How do you make a relationship work when my boyfriend is caught in the middle between wanting to please his kids and wanting to be with me? We want to be married so how do I forge a relationship with older kids?”

Sensing a deeper issue, Peter and Jennifer coach Nicki and she reveals the big vision she has for them as a blended family and how her attempts at it have been thwarted. The episode’s questions resolve as Nicki gets reconnected to her own sense of power and that she can cause her own transformation.
