023: Beavens|Married 34 Years and Still In Love - What's Their Secret

Jennifer and Peter Diepstraten go on a search for happily married and still in-love couples and interview Brian and Tanya Beaven for this episode.  They have been married for 34 years.  They were high school sweethearts, got married at ages 15 and 17 and have been together ever since.  And when asked how they feel about each other now?  They are still in love, just as much as the first day Tanya saw Brian across the hallway at school and they got together.  The Diepstratens go in-depth in this interview to find out what makes this couple different from so many who have not been able to keep their marriages together and still be in love.  Is it luck? Is it perseverance? Is it better role models?  Brian and Tanya share their inspiring relationship story and how they overcame many tough years of raising a son with learning disabilities, behavioral problems, and severe unanticipated financial debt.  Jennifer and Peter provide a commentary to make the Beavens’ advice something that is easy to apply and understand, and will give you the insight to create a rock solid relationship.
