Failing is in Our Genes

Failing has such a negative connotation.  But should it?  Failure is common and should be viewed as an opportunity to learn.  Being allowed to fail means you have the ability to take risks with no repercussions.   Take a journey with me in this episode as I explore why failing is okay and why everyone should have the opportunity to fix mistakes.  I even get a little scientific in this episode.  Below is the reference I quote from. Saladin, K. S. (2018). Anatomy & physiology: The unity of form and function (8th ed.). New York, NY: McGraw-Hill Education.
