The phrase itself has a lot of connotations, but we're focusing on the chocolate cake analogy--chocolate cake may be delicious and you want more every time you have some, but how many times have you had a slice for breakfast? And who have you told that you ate chocolate cake for that morning's breakfast? Best thing ever, yes. A little bit of guilt? You could say that...
