In this episode, Georgie is joined by the incredible trauma specialist Frank Anderson MD - an author, psychiatrist, therapist and speaker who’s spent the past three decades studying neuroscience and trauma treatment. Frank's mission is centred around bringing more love, compassion and unity to the world, which begins with healing trauma. Specialising in neuroscience and trauma treatment with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Frank also previously worked as a psychiatrist at the Trauma Center in Boston under the direction of Bessel van der Kolk. He shares a unique, compassionate and evidence based approach to resolving complex and dissociative trauma.
