Ukiah Smith is a Software Engineer at Apple, using Go to write API’s for internal teams. After graduating with an art degree, Ukiah’s path into tech was anything but traditional. Being a self-taught programmer, he didn’t always have the confidence in his skills. However, he was able to shift his career from design to front-end development to technical support.
