Today on the show Jayson is talking with John LeBlanc about the difference between cows and buffalo. When there is a storm coming the cows start running away from the storm and end up enduring it much longer, while the buffalo starts running into the storm and doesn’t need to be in it very long. You can take these ideals and apply them to business. By making decisions quickly and not running from them, or procrastinating, you are allowing yourself the opportunity to move past that decision and on to the next thing. Be a buffalo, don’t be a cow.
