Today on the show Jayson talks with John LeBlanc about following your gut to make decisions in life. Jayson has built 3 different businesses while following his intuition and has learned to build that skill which he uses every day. Jayson talks about when he grew up, he had to follow his intuition every day, learning the difference between good and bad decisions. Letting go of someone in your business is never an easy decision, but most of the time it’s a necessary one. Jayson talks about valuing someone who is willing to learn, and has a good attitude higher than someone with more experience, and the fact that getting rid of the people with bad attitudes is vital to building a successful culture in your company. Powerhome Solar kept their doors open during the Covid-19 pandemic, they also started pushing more batteries, those are a few examples of the decisions that Jayson has had to make by simply following what he thought was right.
