Cultivating the awareness about it and making conscientious changes to not pass this on to further generations.Steps to Becoming a Cycle Breaker:Have awareness. Identifying the patterns or traits you would like to change.Have an outlet to discuss or understand the dynamicsMake the decision that you are not going to carry this.
