How to Hack your Triggers

In this episode, I talk about how to hack your triggers and avoid being 'messablewith'. The first step to hacking your triggers is to notice when you're being triggered, which can be identified by physical symptoms such as a tight chest or upset stomach. Once you notice the red flag, you can intervene by using a physical hack. I also suggest pre-creating a space aligned with your vision in life, such as peace or love, so that in triggering moments, you have another road to go down once you get yourself to neutral.
