Kat is now a senior leader in a school in Northamptonshire and the founder of LitDrive, an international not for profit organisation that supports English teachers. Amongst all this she is also a teacher of english and the author of the excellent ‘Stop Talking About Wellbeing: A Pragmatic Approach to Teacher Workload’ We discuss the many topics raised by the book and speak about isolation as a teacher which is very relevant for this time in our lives.
