Born and educated in South Africa, Saskia moved to the UK after a successful career in Human Resources and Organisational Development. This move provided her with the luxury of really getting to know my children whilst considering my next steps. Over the past 20 years her career path has included teaching as well as generalist Human Resource roles. Saskia is currently the Head of Human Resource Development at Activate Learning following a successful and varied career within the Further Education sector. Saskia is an intuitive leader with a real desire to make a difference and add value. She sets high standards for her own performance and encourages those around her to do the same.
