We're Emily and Natalie Morrow, two sisters basically obsessed with anything and everything related to wellness and overall personal development.This episode is an introduction into a bit more about who we are as well as an elaboration on what inspired this project - the desire to fill in the gap in the giant wellness/personal development niche with an approach and attitude that's rooted in self-compassion, authenticity, and most of all, relatability.Additionally, we share a handful our own personal wellness practices.
