We all do it. Unfortunately we are all unconsciously wired to at times, think negatively. The problem with this is that overtime, it can be so hard to see the positive side of things. Today, we talk about the most common negative thinking patterns that most of us use on a day to day basis, and how to overcome them by rewiring our beliefs, thoughts, emotions and reactions.
