Episode 017: Supplements

Jen and John share what supplements they take to help keep their bodies in optimal shape.  Jen takes Vitamin D3, Zinc, fish oil and apple cider vinegar. John takes CuraMed's "Curcumin", DHA, Vitamin D3 and apple cider vinegar.  Because Jen and John take these supplements doesn't mean you'll get the same benefit. So be sure to talk to your doctor before starting any of these supplements. When you get your blood drawn be sure to ask for your Vitamin D level and CRP (C-reactive protein). The CRP test measures the overall inflammation in your body.
