Interview with Bethan O'Riordan

In today's episode I talk to one of my lovely clients Bethan O'Riordan. Bethan is a parenting expert and we talk about how parenting is similar to being in business. We discuss the patterns of behaviour we learn as children and that come out in our parenting being similar patterns to those that play out in business. We also talk about how things can only change when you bring them into the light. What do you need to change and how flexible can you be to make those changes. It's such an interesting discussion.I'd love to hear what you think about today's episode.
