Chiropractic, Episode 5 - Matt Fernandez

In this episode, Danielle interviews Dr Matt Fernandez, who is a chiropractor and exercise physiologist, awarded his PhD in September 2017. His thesis was titled: back pain, comorbidities and interventions for sciatica, which resulted in several publications in international peer-reviewed journals. Matt is currently a full time lecturer at the Department of Chiropractic, Macquarie University in the area of orthopedics and has presented at numerous back pain conferences both nationally and internationally. His current research interest includes physical activity and exercise promotion within chiropractic practice and is exploring these topics as a Program Fellow of the Chiropractic Academy for Research Leadership (CARL).
