This week I was excited to speak with Kevin Eikenberry about a host of topics revolving around remote working, company culture, and clear communication. Kevin is an expert in communication, collaboration, and cohesion within organizational cultures and structures. He is recognized as a world expert on leadership development and is the best-selling co-author of Remarkable Leadership, The Long Distance Leader, and The Long Distance Teammate.
