Episode 3: Longevity with Guest Wanda Feliciano-Gillhol

In this episode of The BEYOND YOGA TEACHER TRAINING PODCAST, Sandy talks with her dear friend and mentor, Wanda Feliciano-Gilhool, about how to create longevity within the calling and pathway as a yoga teacher.  Wanda is the Founder and Owner of SHINE Yoga Project.  Wanda has been a yoga teacher since 1996 after 10 years as an Athletic Trainer for professional and collegiate athletes.  Wanda's passion for yoga and service is the basis for SHINE Yoga Projects vision and what drives the yoga studios to grow, expand, and evolve.  Wanda is highly active in her community by teaching yoga, leading teacher training, leading retreats, building schools in Kenya, mentoring new teachers & managing two yoga studios with 40 employees. She is the mother of four children and recognizes what it takes to "do it all" and to be present in each moment, seeing what is in front of her fully.  Wanda's commitment to the Baptiste Power Yoga Methodology grounds her in the yoga practice and with leadership tools, but her faith in God is what allows her to know stay centered and self-assured she is on the path she was meant to be on. www.shinepoweryoga.com IG: @wandafullyoga, @shinepoweryoga
