Episode 40: Trusting to Become with guest Augusta Kantra

In this episode of the BEYOND YOGA TEACHER TRAINING Podcast, Sandy has a conversation with special guest, Augusta Kantra about showing up, letting go and trusting to become who we are.  Augusta Kantra’s passion for the journey of awakening is seen in her psychotherapy private practice, her facilitation of self-discovery and mindfulness groups, her training and mentoring of yoga teachers, and in her yoga classes. She and her husband, David, co-founded the Center for CALM Living where both they, and their two grown daughters, work. Augusta and David have been together for 40 years and keep finding new ways to learn, teach and grow together. They live and work in the coastal town of Fairhope, Alabama, with their two pups, Patrick and Bentley. Experiencing life as “Gussie and Doc” (their grandparent names) is their newest adventure.
