In today's episode of the BEYOND YOGA TEACHER TRAINING Podcast, host Sandy Raper shares insight on creating attachments and whether yoga teachers could be teaching and creating attachments for their students.  Sandy is an E-RYT 500 hour yoga teacher based in North Carolina with almost two decades of teaching experience. Sandy is has received extensive hours of training with Rolf Gates, completing 200- and 300-hour certifications under his guidance. Sandy has also completed another 300-hour certification through Yoga Medicine® and is recognized as a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist. Sandy offers a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, as well as, provides continuing education workshops and training as a YACEP. Sandy has accumulated thousands of hours teaching and 1000+ hours of training. It is truly her passion to connect and share the amazing life benefits of the yoga practice with as many individuals as possible. A modern yogi, Sandy finds balance and sustainability as a wife and mother of three boys, while cultivating longevity as a yoga teacher, educator, and trainer.
