Lives Of Saints Podcast - Great Saints Of South India - Kanakadasa

Kanakadasa was the son of ardent devotees of Lord Venkateshwar. Growing up in a Vaishnava environment, Kanakadasa's life embodied what it means to be a bhakta. Though he was of a lower caste, his knowledge was higher than the brahmins and his faith and devotion was that of a true saint. The story of Kanakadasa is taken from the book “Great Saints of South India” by author Sri Ravinuthala Sreeramulu. It is our hope that his life and teachings can be a guide for your daily life. Enjoy.
