Sarah Morris is an HR trailblazer with a 'no mission is impossible' mindset... That's why I thought I'd get her on the podcast and ask her what we can do, coming out of the global pandemic, to be in the best position to thrive at work in future. What I love about this conversation is how she's determined to take the positives from the pandemic. And that requires, first of all, that you are self-aware and you reflect on your experiences. She takes full responsibility for her experiences - as an employee, colleague, leader, wife, mother -and implores us to do the same. She's Group Chief People Officer at Compass Group, she’s a committee member of the 30% club, which aims to get more women on FTSE 100 boards, and she’s part of the Women’s Network Forum whose goal is advancing gender balance and equality.
