Natalie and Laura explore the idea of ‘rest’ in this episode. Something we all seem to crave, and yet simultaneously resist, it seems that rest is an increasingly important capability for humans to develop.  So how do we learn to welcome the idea and energy of rest into our lives - finding ways to rest inside ourselves, and in the presence of each other?  What if rest was an act of preparation, rather than just one of reparation - a thing of necessity rather than a reward?
