Episode #6: Time

What’s your relationship with time? Are you always in a battle to get more of it or do you work easily with the ebbs and flows of it? In this episode, we ask things like ‘how does ‘linear‘ time resource us and in what ways does it challenge or limit us?’ We explore how living our working days in 30 min or 1-hour chunks might be stifling our creativity, why constant mindfulness might not be conducive to productivity, how our different propensities towards time can impact our mental health, and, how show up in the world physically.
