S3E1 BIM Project Setup
This is first episode of our third season we are joined by Charlie Williams. We talk about how working for LPA, an integrated design firm, has changed the way we look at and setup BIM projects. We also talk about what makes an I.T. department a design partner. Creating a BIM Execution plan is just part of the battle. You also need a BIM Project Setup Plan as well. But having a plan, is only as good as the people that execute the plan. Charlie and I talk about what we do at LPA to setup a successful BIM project and how to give our fellow designers a great head start on their project.
